Ceremony Services, Packages, and Pricing
WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT FEES
Fees shown are usual and customary for the top-tier wedding officiants in this area. I am a trained, experienced, caring professional who is legally ordained — not “online ordained,” which is not sanctioned in North Carolina and leaves couples vulnerable to the possible invalidation of their marriage.
WHAT’s INCLUDED:
Personalizing, customizing, or crafting of your wedding ceremony to fit the two of you perfectly.
Editing as many times as you want to make your ceremony exactly as you want it to be.
Sending and receiving as many emails, phone calls, texts, and/or face to face meetings as you need to make your ceremony exactly as you want it to be.
Outlining of Processional, Recessional, and Order of Service.
Performance of your wedding rites.
Obtaining signatures of witnesses for your Marriage License.
Filing of legal documents and any follow up that may be necessary.
Coordinating with other wedding vendors (such as your wedding coordinator, photographer, caterer).
Being there for you with answers to questions and concerns and providing positive encouragement and support.
CEREMONY PACKAGES & PRICING
There are packages available to fit every budget. I'm not able to be exact about fees outside of a consultation. I’m not being secretive, it’s just that I have several ceremony options and my own personal creativity that you may choose as the best fits for your taste, beliefs, values, and personalities.
What I can do right now is tell you that fees range between $250 – $650 (I’m still holding to Covid-19 pricing to give couples a break as we all recover from the global pandemic), and that my most popular package falls at the upper end of the scale.
THE LOVELY ELOPEMENT CEREMONY
The Lovely Elopement Ceremony is short yet meaningful and romantic. This ceremony can be a religious or secular wedding for you and 2 – 20 guests. You must have 2 guests because they will also be witnesses required to sign your marriage license. Fee: $250
THE CHARMING & UNIQUE PERSONAL TOUCH CEREMONY
The Charming and Unique Personal Touch Ceremony is a joyful, meaningful, and fully personalized ceremony for your mid-sized wedding (around 85 guests). Fee: $485
THE LOVE STORY WEDDING CEREMONY
The Love Story Wedding Ceremony is the most romantic, personal, and special wedding ever! An unlimited number of your friends and loved ones will share the joy of your love for each other by experiencing a ceremony created exclusively for you around your personal journey to your special day, told in Rev. Kathi’s own unique and magical way. Fee: $650
REHEARSAL & TRAVEL FEES
In-person wedding rehearsals – Fee: $150
Online rehearsal during Final Review Meeting – Fee $0.00
Time and travel fees for a round trip drive of more than 1 hour begin at $50
I am often available for long distance weddings if overnight accommodations can be provided.
